Returns

You may return your ZoneGrip within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition
  • All original components must be included
  • The product must not show excessive wear or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ZoneGrip is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or credit card provider

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
